I'm a big fan, the Bengali Tiger and Righteous Ale are also awesome.

Anyone from asheville or know much about their beer bars/beers?
I'll be there saturday night for a show. I get a lot of their bigger breweries here like Highland, French Broad, DuckRabbit, and Mother Earth. Just curious if there are any must tries while i'm in town.

I usually go to Barley's ( i think that is its name resturant downstairs bar with different taps upstairs pizza kind of joint) and stop by bruisin ales to pick up some bottles, but if i'm missing something please direct me to it

One pack of Hopslam is all I could score down here. But I'll take it!

I'm just not a big fan of IPA's with that hint of belgium yeast strain

I've had a few, Ruddo. Not bad for a spring beer. Kinda light and not too complex. Good if you're thirsty.

This is exactly how I would describe the Lagunitas Day Time.

Went to an Elysian Brewing tap takeover Friday and had a few great beers. The Elysian/Lost Abbey collabortion Avant Gourde pumpkin ale was outstanding. The Agave Ipa and the Smoked Pumpkin were also delicious. The Ginger Pilsner was a little too spicy with not enough malt but not bad. The esb was the only miss all night. First time having Elysia on draft and I was really impressed. Got some cool swag too.

went to the El Segundo brewery yesterday and filled up 3 growlers for the game today...2 different ipa's and a pale ale..they make great beers

the 2 hill 56 is a great beer
