my team spent 5 picks on linebackers in the last year. Probably 10 in the last several years or more and they start UDFA's. KJ Wright is better than any LB on my team.Green Habit wrote:Smart move, Seahawks--one the most underrated players on their defense.
Why keep him if you're gonna throw it with three attempts from the one hard line with the superbowl on the line.Bammer wrote:Bad news for all the rest of your teams battling it out for 2nd place in the NFL:

Money Lynch gonna stay in Seattle for a while.
That play call could very well have cost us Marshawn Lynch. Somebody's got some explaining to do.surfndestroy wrote:Why keep him if you're gonna throw it with three attempts from the one hard line with the superbowl on the line.Bammer wrote:Bad news for all the rest of your teams battling it out for 2nd place in the NFL:

Well that much is obvious. Idiotic fucking call. I'm worried about more big picture fallout now in addition to this gut-punch lost opportunity.surfndestroy wrote:Cost us Lynch!! Big picture worry is not re-signing Lynch. It's that every Seahawks player thinks they're repeat champs if the gave it to Lynch. That lack of confidence in the coaching staff is way more worrysome.Bammer wrote:Well that much is obvious. Idiotic fucking call. I don't know if Seahawks fans have ever felt the level of pain that they're enduring now. Welcome to the club that contains the grand majority of the other franchises!BigRedLedbetter wrote:This is why you don't run too much smack, kids.
Did the Seahawks not learn a lesson from the Shaun Alexander extension? Lynch should still be awesome for another season or two but they'd be wise not to go apeshit on this out of emotion. When RBs decline, they decline rapidly.Bammer wrote:Bad news for all the rest of your teams battling it out for 2nd place in the NFL:
