Different players on different tracks, but the liner notes indicate Carla Azar and Daru Jones.
I don't know his name, could be Daru Jones, but the drummer from his Buzzards band was fantastic. I wish I had the opportunity to see the Peacocks version, I guess the current band is a hybrid of the two. Pretty neat concept he did with the two configurations last time IMO.
The ULTRA LP is pretty great. It seems like a joke put on by Jack just to fuck with people. There's no notes on how to play it, just the video. Could you imagine buying this thing without seeing the video?
I don't like that when I'mma play some Jack White on my iPod, I have to search alphabetically for like 4-5 different band names. Wish it was easier to just do a random Jack White mix. That is all.

I was a bit the same when I first heard it. I've been listening to recent live bootlegs and it's grown on me though.

I haven't really felt compelled to listen to this much since the week it came out. 'Would You Fight For My Love' was the only song that really stood out as being great. Might have to check out some of his recent live boots.
I spent $80 to see him at Merriweather (MD) this Sep and I'm starting to regret it. Not really that impressed with the album and the ticket prices in general were outrageous in hindsight. I mean it's not a bad album, but I can't say I've been a fan of either solo effort. I prefer him more in White Stripes, Dead Weather, etc.

I dunno man, his shows this tour have been monstrous. I'm going in 2 weeks, I'm speculating this might be one of the best shows I'll see.
