And you could stick with 4 hour slots but have 2 people able to pick at a time. So it would be 1 and 2 picking, then 3 and 4 etc. First person to post their pick (with obligatory youtube clip) gets the song. I doubt you'd have too many cases of #4 taking #3's song, but if they did, tough titties. First to post gets it.
Just an idea.

I'd be fine with that as long as the video isn't actually required. Yeah you can post a video from your phone, but it's a pain in the ass.

Does a remix of a song count as a different song? Cause the 90's was pretty much different versions of this for me....

There should be a separate thread for Vegas-like wagering and prop bets related to the 90's draft.
What PJ song will be taken first?
Which PJ album will get the most love?
Which artist will have the most songs taken?
What year will be most represented?
Which Ace of Base deep cut will stip take with his 10th pick?
It's entirely possible that I've put way too much thought into this tournament.

I'm embarrassed to admit I've already thoroughly remade my team three times.

Are you gallahs seriously going to draft PJ?

Even Flow would be a vote-attracting proposition for any team, imo. Love that song.

True Varis but I wonder how many teams won't feature a PJ track. I'm hoping there will be more than just one.

If I understand the rules correctly, it's okay to also pick Brad, Mad Season, Mother Love Bone, Temple of the Dog, Three Fish and Eddie Vedder feat. Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, yeah?
If not, I may have to seriously rethink this whole thing...

At this stage -- and things change, so don't hold me to it -- I absolutely plan on taking a Pearl Jam song.

Well we are on a PJ message board I assume most people on here really liked them at one point during the 90's.

Yeah I dont understand why it's in poor taste or whatever to take a Pearl Jam song.
