we care a lot is the only memorable song

yep. that first album had some moments. I prefer Patton singing those songs though either live or the reworked As The Worm Turns

:bammer:

(I love that that emoji is named Bammer)

Ashes to Ashes sounds like Faith No More, Ozzy & Queens of the Stoneage bundled into one.

I think top to bottom Sol Invictus is their best album. It certainly doesn't have the peaks of others but it is the most pleasing to this middle aged dude.

Sol Invictus
Angel Dust
King For A Day, Fool For A Lifetime
The Real Thing
Album of the Year
We Care A Lot
Introduce Yourself

Im a huge fan of Sol Invictus, but im guessing my favorite is Album Of The Year. Still, this changes every time, sometimes is King For A Day....sometimes Angel Dust...

But yeah Sol Invictus is awesome.

I got my ticket at Groupon for $15. No refunds it seems, but for that price I’ll live.

You can email Groupon requesting a refund. I did this with tickets I had for a different show, and they responded quickly and gave me a full refund.

I got my refund within a week.

I wanted to see Faith No More real fucking bad but I ended up buying a quarter of weed with the money I got back. As Patton would say, it's the small victories.

Working from home today, so decided to drop the needle on Sol Invictus - hadn't listened to this in a while. What a beast of an album!

That album fuckin' slays. It might be my fav. reformation album of all time. 'Sunny Side Up', 'Separation Anxiety', 'Matador' and 'From the Dead' would all make it onto my
FNM greatest hits mix.
