Sleight of Hand is the best song PJ has ever written. It's absolutely perfect.

Every time I listen i SOH I try really hard to get drawn in. It's never happened. I just don't think eddies voice is suited to that kind of song

This has to be a contender for the most stip post of all time.

It's really my big problem with Binaural, and why my favorite songs are the more 'traditional' tracks (Insignificance, Rival, Grievance)--where Eddie is angry or there is some something he's pushing back against--even if it's his own insignificance.

I just have much less interest in lost and depressed Eddie. I feel like he has to shut down so much of what makes him great to perform those songs, and I'm comparatively bored by them.

I agree with this. Though my favorites from Binaural are NAIS, Grievance and Light Years. I like LY much less than the other two but better than the rest of the album.

If there is one instrumental I would pick for them to go back and work on it's Harmony. It sounds almost like a Soundgarden song, and I'd love to hear what Ed can do with that song. And the ending guitar part is really memorable.

I'm the exact opposite. It drew me in immediately when I first heard it. I doubt I've ever skipped it hen it comes on. I still find it interesting, beautiful, haunting, dark.... I just love it. I have always wished PJ concentrated on making more songs in this vein. You Are and In The Moonlight are kind of similar (and both are great songs), but I wish we had many more of these. And I completely disagree on your Ed take too. He sings this song to perfection.

puzzles and games is how pearl jam should've gone "pop", instead of that fixer garbage.

Eh, I'd hesitate to say Pearl Jam have ever been anything but a rock band.
