I'm not sure but I though this was gonna be an intro to spidey so like an upbeat gateway into his world and challenges.

This just from the trailer looks and feels more like a second act of a trilogy. That make sense?
It seems like the dark middle act where it all goes wrong/let's down his mentor etc.
It's like we've skipped the big intro to the character and his world

So some hackers have a Disney film and are holding Disney to ransom for it and they're threatening to release it in 20 minute section unless they get paid x amount in bitcoin.
The Star Wars forums were sure it was the last Jedi but I wonder if it's homecoming?

Two new trailers were just released this morning. Wonder if this is Disney getting out in front of it before it happens?

I thought it was Pirates? t least that what I've read. Though I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't more than one movie. You think the hackers went in there and said, "well, there are 15-20 movies here, let's take Pirates and leave the rest."

Passed up a chance to see this cos it was at 11am this morning and it's Sunday. But everyone I know there says it's brilliant and it's gonna be a huge success.

very great job as usual by marvel. thankfully they didnt have him unmasked in front of a bunch of new yorkers. keaton nailed it as the villain and holland was perfect as a teenaged peter parker. the ending was spectacular to say the least and the first post credit was a great for the future of the spiderverse

im a complete tool but i grinned like a little kid when i picked up space-aged love song at the prom

every bit as good as IM and they didnt overuse RDJ at all, he didnt feel forced in any of his scenes at all
Did the Mother Fucker pay extra to yell?

This was exhausting. Marvel movies are so formulaic that they feel inhuman. It's like a movie made by aliens or an AI or something.

Why did you see it on opening day? Surely you knew you weren't going to like it.

I only went because Jon Watts made it. I really like him.
