Checking my last list I have no idea where Hail Hail went. It's in my top 25 for sure but not that list. What a fool.
J is top 10 and Animal has always been up there.

Around the Bend
Nothing as it Seems
All Those Yesterdays
Tremor Christ
Corduroy?
Interesting. Is AtB a sentimental pick?
It's a brilliant, beautiful, elite, classy pick is what it is.

Your top songs take a drastic dive after those top 4.

On topic - the worst album by quite a way, for me, is Avocado.
Life wasted - sounds like it's been recorded through a tin-can. And Eddie's "growl" is so forced and fake and grating...
WWS - this is passable - but too many lyrics and a bit plodding
Comatose - good live - embarrassing on record
Severed hand - the way he goes "i said - yyyyyeeeeeah" - like your dad singing at a wedding
Marker in the sand - fine
Parachutes - pretty enough b-side
Unemployable - fine
Big wave - fine - and when i say fine, i don't mean good. I mean - fine.
Gone - meandering wank
Wasted reprise - when this is the first actually interesting sounding track you know you're in trouble
Army reserve - at times, I like this one
Come back - Haters gonna hate, but i bloody love this song. Simple and beautiful. The only song on this album that would make it anywhere near a PJ compilation tape I'd make for someone, or a live setlist I'd want to hear...
Inside Job - an average song dressed up like it's stairway to heaven. it's fine I guess.
All other PJ records I would consider at the very least "good" - but this is a stinker.
And to add to the top 5 lists:
1. Hard to imagine
2. Corduroy
3. Chloe dancer/crown of thorns (can I count this?!?)
4. Black
5. Indifference
(6. Nothingman if I can't count crown of thorns...)
