It's kinda the point of the game though - To do stuff Nintendon't.

I liked Chuds scrolling airship a lot. Probably my favorite chud level.

Calamari was good too. Not too long, and not gimmicky with any blind jumps or HEY YOU SWUM THROUGH THE WHOLE LEVEL HERES A BOWSER AND A WALL!. I liked that one.

Oh I agree. Just a difference in style. I generally prefer the ones that feel like they could be actual levels (chuds last airship, calamari, etc). Doesn't make them bad at all. Just not as fun for me.

Did you finish it? My buddies and I spent a lot of time laying that out last night. I took me A LOT of tries before I completed it, but it is certainly do-able.

I let my kids play chuds castle a bunch. They also now hate music boxes.

That part isn't that hard. The trick is not to alternate sides. Only use the music boxes on the right.
