question about espn leagues, i was hopeful we would get a decent turn out for the RM league, but its looking like there is no chance of getting 12 teams, so i went to drop the max number of teams and it wont let me do it, and i was thinking i read during the league set up that we wouldnt be able to draft until the league was full, so does that mean that if we dont get 12 people to play then we wont get to have a draft?

If the draft falls on an evening that I am working, I'm not going to try and get my shift covered for it.
