Gorman is really good at talking about the dynamics of that band. His new band sounds pretty interesting too.

the Gorman/Delray interview is fantastic stuff, even if Delray comes across as a cross between a poseur and a diehard half the time
same with the Ford interview, which isn't as good as the Gorman one
Has anyone ever seen "Who Killed That Bird Out On Your Window Sill"?
I just stumbled across it on YouTube and I swear I've never so much as heard of it.

yeah he sounded like such a prick there. "they didn't want the black crowes to be....?" From everything I read the band wasn't going to be unless it was all on his terms. I love there music so much but damn CR is a dick. I met Rich one time and he couldn't have been nicer and I have never heard different from anyone else. Hard to believe they're related. That being said I'll probably still go to the CRB show when they come through in a couple months.

Go tonight and just yell "Steve Gorman rulez!" at random quiet points.

Rich had a reputation for being difficult with fans in the early days but it seems he's softened an awful lot over the last 2 decades

Saw them back in MPLS a few years back. First avenue. When he was on crutches but still playing the shows. He got super fucking pissed at a fan and threatened to kick his ass even though he's on crutches. Got him kicked out. Was awesome.

Holy shit, finally got around to the Gorman interview and it's really fantastic. Thanks for the recommendation.

Diehards, you're welcome, some of this stuff has just been talked about existing without ever actually being out there...no idea when it got unearthed but happy it did!
Thanks for posting these. Except for the Amorica sessions (which is fantastic), none of the Google Drive links are complete. Any chance of reposting these for us diehards? Again, many thanks for the treasure trove!
