You can get to Iceland from Belfast for €89 a half way. Dont know why I've never gone.

There are some really cheap flights to Iceland from the US, too. There's a no-frills airline called Wow Air that'll get you from New York to Reykjavik for less than $200 USD.

I don't know this for a certainty, but I think there's a good deal where if you choose to fly on Iceland Air or whatever it's called , it's the same price to fly direct from US to Europe as it is to take a multi-day stopover in Reykjavik. That doesn't sound as cool as I thought the deal was, so maybe I just forgot an integral aspect of it. This post is pointless. Don't read it.

I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

really enjoyed this, i thought the deliberate pacing and atmosphere were great...i felt like i was experience the same fear, apprehension, fascination of the characters
great cast too (i love amy adams so much) with some of my very favorites, plus jeremy renner
