Hourly daily - you am I

Captures Sydney in the mid 90s perfectly.

Got a kinks pop kinda thing going on, whimsical, funny, succinct...

Great songs, tied up perfectly into a loose concept.

The back half isn't quite as strong as the first, but that's because the first half is flawless.

Reference points: the 'mats, teenage fanclub, the kinks, big star.

Just about to be issued on wax, get on it.

I think some of us are getting a little loose with our definition of "perfect". I only said one (that I'm pretty sure is perfect) and left off easy heavy-weights like Raindogs and Exile on Main Street.

What if I'd mentioned Raindogs and Exile on Main Street but thought your choice was shit?

I just can't think of an album that I can't imagine being better, or where there isn't a song I wouldn't mind being replaced.

i feel like for all of my favorite albums, there's at least one song that doesnt hit me the right way, or just some indulgent bullshit the artist put on the record. ok computer has 'fitter happier'. vitalogy has all that 10 minutes of bullshit at the end. i really got nothin for this thread yet.

I agree on Vitalogy but Fitter Happier couldn't be more perfect for OKC.

There is only one perfect album that I've ever heard. And I posted it earlier. To me, Kind of Blue by Miles Davis could not be improved in any way. That one gets everything right.

Most of my favorite albums I wouldn't want to change anything about, so they're perfect in that way. I guess I don't get this thread.

There are a lot of albums I love inspite of their imperfection.

Actually, you know what, Dark Side of the Moon is also a perfect album.
