I haven't even been to a show since 2006. The last time they played remotely close to 3 hours from me, the date just wasn't doable at all. Even back then, though, my number was so high that my seats were not worth paying an annual fee. Now that I've finished grad school and have the 8-4:30, M-F work schedule, maybe I'll travel a little further to see them in the coming year or so. Still not sure about the 10C, though.

we can just do the digital for yours then if you don't really want the other stuff that comes with the membership, it wont be too bad. and by the way, Ed is set to play our back yard a week from Thursday

i wont be surprised if i end up only getting 1 show with the fan club tickets and end up going for general sale tickets the rest of the time, so if you arent gonna have a very good fan club number then the general sale is prob the best way to go, you can avoid all the hassle with the new process or old process or what ever ticket process they come up with next. i think my number is 219XXX and i wind up somewhere around the half way point of the floor most times, and even farther back for bigger shows, i think i was like 10 rows from the back and as far to the left( mikes side) of the stage as you could get at PJ20, but was still much better then being out on the lawn night 2

gotta say everytime i bought something in their website, everything works just fine...bought something, e mail them about when they were arriving, they answered me with correct answers and the things arrived just fine....

Same boat here for the most part. It sucks to have the policies change every once in a while, but whatever. Its not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things.

My first reaction was "here we go again, scaring us into keeping our memberships and renewing!"

my 2nd thought was "Maybe if they spent more time being inspired and less time hocking merchandise and pimping their website...."

now my third thought was "now that everyone will jump up and down on their seat to make sure their memberships are current, they have us locked in for the next year after PJ announces the breakup "#staytuned"

I lapsed after PJ 20 and i'm done for good.

I will go to a Wrigley show, no doubt......and I don't think I will need to bother with 10 Club to do so.

If I had no trouble getting Springsteen tickets at Wrigley I won't have any issue getting seats to Pearl Jam.
