I always add chia after. I don't blend it.

Yeah, we use blueberries, blackberries and chias in our smoothies, so it's a bit of a PITA. And if you throw peanut butter in there? Forget about it.

Now I understand why trag insisted that this F&D thread should be in the carefree, easygoing GD forum. He didn't want to be challenged to come up peer reviewed scientific research papers.
