Look, I returned to RM on a limited basis after a year off. No way I'm diving into tourney play.

Besides - if ain't "you think I ain't worth a dollar" then I don't care

How's this for a setlist? June 20th in Halifax. In the Fade! Battery Acid! Also, GWtF is a far better opener than Misfit Love. They also played I Appear Missing. Sheesh, those folks lucked out.

Go With the Flow

The Lost Art of Keeping a Secret

Smooth Sailing

My God Is the Sun

Negative Space

Paper Machete

The Evil Has Landed

Little Sister

Made to Parade
(Live debut)

Battery Acid
(First time live since 2011)

Carnavoyeur

The Way You Used to Do

I Appear Missing
(Tour debut. Extended intro and outro.)

No One Knows

In the Fade
(Tour debut. Dedicated to Mark Lanegan.)

God Is in the Radio
(Dedicated to Mark Lanegan.)

A Song for the Dead

Great set list, although I'd take Misfit over Flow any day of the week.

Pfft. As if Queens would ever roll out anything as corny as Ten.

I feel like even though every QOTSA album is good to great (except Villains), nothing is ever going to dethrone SFTD and Rated R from my 1-2 favorite spots. Too much history and 2 decades plus of listening really just solidifies those (LC is great and a 3rd place for me though).

My issue remains that the second half is so much more interesting than the first. The verse riff has swagger, but it seems a little basic. Still feels like a bit of a speedbump to me.

I guess it's not easy being sandwiched between Time & Place and Carnavoyeur.

I find the lyrics a bit so so. Other than that it's pretty enjoyable.
