How long do you let the stone heat up before putting the za in?
probably around 20 min or so if that...i like to use parchment paper too to reduce bottom crust burning...makes for easier clean up too

i wish they would deliver to my house but they are too far
and the closest one to me is in a very dangerous neighborhood so i would never go there
i still havent had their chicken sandwich that was all the rage however long ago
