So a trailer for Han has been delivered to LFL and the title and a trailer will be revealed soon.

Before the last Jedi? It is only 5 months after it..

Jon Kasdan(co writer of this with his dad Larry) is playing Tag. They must have faith in this movie.

Ron Howard is not even there. He's just seeing the dollars falling into his money pool.

I'm skeptical about almost everything to do with this film, mainly the total lack of need for it to begin with. But I don't think Money is even on Ron Howard's radar here.
He was among the first people to even read George's outline for Star Wars long before it was even greenlit. And he supported it from that day on.
I'm still not as enthused about it as I should be but he might just make a great film.

Man..Alden Erinreich has it all on his shoulders. How do you portray a young Han Solo without imitating him?
The script has the be on point. They have Kasdan and his son on that. Let's see if he can deliver.

I mean, I'll see it. And I'll give it a fair shake, for sure. Aldon has all of my support. I hope he doesn't do anything approaching an impression.

All that said... I'm not all that excited for this.

Fair. That's why they didn't hire Anthony Engrubier or whatever his name is. He does a world class Harrison ford impression. Can he act tho? Probably not.
The entire film will live or die on his performance

This is the first Star Wars project I'm not at all excited about (yes, even including eps 1-3).

I don't know why though, I can't explain it. I was excited for R1, and that was a spinoff/standalone, why can't I get excited for this?

Because we hold Han Solo very very dear and precious. it feels rather unnecessary and hate to see someone other than Ford be Solo.

It could still be quiet entertaining though.

Because it's so unnecessary and boring and safe and pointless. The prequels were bad but they weren't completely unnecessary and useless.

Donald Glover is literally the only thing that I'm excited about regarding this movie.

But "Solo" has that really subtle double-meaning.
