Just needed to update a report that was pulling in linked items, but then the business also wants the rport to show specific items which may be linked to those linked items. Coding it was proving to be a nightmare, but I've just gotten it all checked in

I’m at the airport waiting for my sister and her fam to arrive. They missed their flight out of Sydney this morning, despite having a three hour layover, but were able to get on the next one. Will be over 30 hours of travel for them; they’ll be exhausted.

its hot here..we're going to our friends house for a pool party..will be drinking and cooking and playing a lot of vinyl...

Its very grey and rainy here. Im tired because i went out yesterday and after a bit of work i should go to the supermarket and i just dont want to, but i need to because today is ¨kinda¨ cheaper with a credit card i have.

got home today from the pool party yesterday...I got a sunburn..we ordered a ton of greek food..I wore a Barbie captains hat most of the day

went to get my cortisone shot yesterday and decided it will be my last. oct/november i am scheduling a hip replacement


the dr i go to for the shot had his assistant and another for the procedure. i felt bad for his assistant because i think this was the first time he did on a live person and he was super nervous. he was worried if i was comfortable pulling my shorts down. was i showing too much skin? could i pull my boxers over some? are you ok to do it in this position (i was on my back)? then comes time for the procedure and they use an ultrasound to identify where to put the injection in your hip and he was doing it too lightly so he wasnt getting good feedback, then he was worried about doing it to hard to cause me discomfort.

a 15 minute procedure turned into close to 45 minutes but there was no pain or anything on my end but man i felt bad for him

One side of my vasectomy was done by a doctor who had never done one before. :/

have a friend from California coming to stay with us today thru Monday...she's one of those ultra runners that runs like 100 miles..she's here to hang and maybe go for a jog since she's never been here..
