Seems like Cincy might have a monster in Elly de la Cruz. In his second game, he hits a 458’ HR that’s the second hardest hit HR by a 21-and-under player ever recorded, and later in the game he hits a triple and was clocked as the fastest home-to-third run in the majors this year. Yikes.

Very interesting. The obvious thought would be that he's still pissed his hometown team traded him to the Angels ten years ago, but his statement on why he's turning down the induction does not indicate that at all. In fact, the opposite.
