LA was puzzling this year. They underachieved. But showing their playoff experience and Stafford showing his pedigree tonight. They are hitting their stride at the perfect time.

MN by contrast over-achieved this year. Darnold showing his lack of playoff experience. He is capable of more I think but he doesnt look to have the eye of the tiger tonight. The camera close-ups make him look lost. I feel a little bad for him bc living through the Jets is a hell no person should have to face. But the scoreboard is what it is and he's throwing garbage balls at this point.

I wish Pearl Jam and ten club could successfully ban us from discussing what we’ve seen and heard here as well.

And that is absolutely insane, btw. Shut down the sharing, fine, but the freedom of speech? Embarrassing.

They’ve been silencing everyone who leaks the script of setting LA on fire so the Rams could bring home a Super Bowl

lol darnold.

Ah well. Was a fun as hell season and totally unexpected. I think we just saved ourselves a lot of money not having to sign darnold. Clear choice to move forward with McCarthy and keep building a competitive squad

indeed very positive to see how good the team could be

save the money and use it to add more FA talent to help McC on his cheap rookie deal

This Darnold late season meltdown is building up to Rodgers in Minny next year.

Then the Bears will hire McCarthy.

Add to that the defending champs in Detroit.

Packers’ return to form gauntlet revenge tour set. To reassert our decades long dominance of the Norse after this amusing little digression of late.

Of course J :heartbeat: 10 may suck, in which case next season could be absolutely brutal

High stakes football either way.

Funny the Vikings couldn’t get this done even after the home field disadvantage was taken away. They have no choice but to sacrifice Darnold now. SKOL.

He isn’t a sacrifice. He did this to himself. If he made throws last week, we wouldn’t have played this week. He has held the ball way too long all year. His luck ran out. The dude probably played himself out of $100 million dollars in two games. I’m happy to see JJ or Daniel Jones given the keys to a Ferrari. QB costs nothing for the next 3 years.

i am curious to see what MN can do with Daniel Jones

McVay & O'Connell worked under Jay Gruden in WSH

The year Daniel Jones was drafted, WSH front office / coaches wanted him, but Dan Snyder insisted on taking Dwayne Haskins (RIP).

Gruden/McVay are QB nerds. I instantly thought Stafford in LA with McVay was a killer combo.

O'Connell comes from the same tree. Now he has Jones to work with. Could be an interesting camp situation. Maybe McCarthy gets another year to season in support.

yeah, I could see KOC getting Jones to play better at the position given what Darnold was able to pull off...until he wasn't.
