those 98 shows are also super good...yeah, jimmy is missed but Kenny Aronof did a a great job and the band really did re worked those songs pretty much every night...

To Sheila could become a super rocking songs, Shame a bluesy type of one, Ava Adore could have a more rock approach too...they were jamming all nights basically.

I think the band did a surprisingly excellent job without Jimmy. And Zeitgeist proved he's not all that's required to make a decent album. The songs need to be good, too!

I think Zeit might still be the most disappointing album of all time for me. I so badly wanted them to be "back".

Yeah, those 1998 shows were so fucking different and great.

I love Zeitgeist..yes, i dont like the production and the mix. But i loved that album and the live shows...the 2007 tour is one of my favorites. Then Billy fucked up with that 2008 tour playing those Floyd songs...and ranting about the hits and whataver.

I wish Ginger would still be in the band.

Ginger is a dime piece, but she isn't a great bass player. She was little more than an ornament.

nah, i love her style, her bass tones and of course, her presence.

You have to have some skills to play songs like Superchrist or Gossamer.

HornyGuy is hearing things that simply aren't there.

MadM, Paz, Nicole and even D'arcy completely body her as a bass player.

yeah, they were great players too...specially Melissa. But that doesnt make Ginger a bad player.

Darcy is, pehaps, the weakest there.

I used to think D'arcy was the weakest. But when you go back and listen to her lock in with Jimmy on Silverfuck live in '93... she was actually pretty damn good. She served the songs well.

i always liked D'arcy. I think the band was super good in the 90s.

'To Forgive' has aged remarkably well. I also love the inclusion of 'Thirty-three' and 'We Only Come Out...'

I was not expecting 'Marquis', though. A solid track, but perhaps you're hearing something I'm not.
