That sounds kinda hard to monitor given that whatif might use your guy as a pinch runner or hitter in a game you didn't intend on him being in. Maybe just a guy needs to have at least 10 starts off?

If we ever did a 162 game season I'd propose dividing it up into 3 parts and have different people running each part.

I want to eventually do drafted tournament with no era restrictions. Wide open, any season you want.

I propose a rule allowing you to draft John Olerud in ALL tournaments, provided he is not given any starts in the ones he should otherwise be omitted from.

I like the idea of some sort of theme. Like regional. I made an all Cuban team for the hell of it that is pretty fun to play with.

I wish college baseball was more popular. I'm probably the only fan on the board. I'm gonna make an all Big 10/Big 12 team at some point.

The problem with these themes is you're gonna run into competitive balance issues.

Very true. We'd have to find themes that match up well against each other.

My Cuban team has a payroll of $142M which I was kinda surprised by. So that matches up pretty well with a lot of teams on there.

I'm sure I can survive without him for a couple tournaments. I just have to get the Mets as my second team in the next franchise tournament.

I'm looking forward the next couple draft tournaments where we're going back far enough that I have no biases because I didn't watch any of the players... I try to avoid picking based on who I like/don't like (other than the obvious one) but it probably factors in a little bit.

Who else was around a bunch of years ago when we did an all-time draft and voted on teams?
