Look like the rrp over here will be €475
That’s a ridiculous price tag

How big will Hyrule be this time?
Everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here, now, thank you. How are you?

They shot their load releasing TOTK on switch 1
They should have held it back for switch 2
Unless they have another one coming but I doubt it.

Re: Nintendo Switch
BotW was developed as a Wii U game and TotK could have been released in 2022 but was held for a year to polish. I'm not sure what they have planned next, but I wouldn't plan on a new mainline Zelda game until 2027 or later.

I want my own island on Animal Crossing this time so my kids don't fuck everything up.

I still haven’t found all the koroks and I doubt I will have by 2027
I just love running around in that world so they can take their time.
I just want the theme tune from the village in ocarina of time brought back.

They've already said they aren't doing another open world in the BotW world. TotK was the last of that.Monkey_Driven wrote:BotW was developed as a Wii U game and TotK could have been released in 2022 but was held for a year to polish. Right. I look for the next game to be scaled back quite a bit or to go in a different direction.E.H. Ruddock wrote:They've already said they aren't doing another open world in the BotW world. Re: Nintendo Switch
It won't be scaled back. Nintendo will hire another studio just to create and perfect the overworld just like they did with TotK and Monolith. We'll seeMonkey_Driven wrote:Right. It's safe to say that there will be only 1 mainline Zelda for the Switch 2. My guess is 2029 at the earliest, as there's been no indication that any development has begun. I'd bet Switch 2 will still get a Zelda per year - BotW 4K, WW HD Remake, and TP HD Remake are safe bets. Now a from-the-ground-up OoT remake rumor has also started floating about.

I’m kinda with this guy in eurogamer. What’s is it for? Like apart from being a bit bigger. What’s the difference and what’s the point?
What happened to the Nintendo that used to surprise people?
