I'd be surprised if he indicted anyone else while the court was weighing these two matters, but who knows? i'm no attorney, just cobbling together a reasonable outlook from smarter people on twitter

Actually Trump could be next, not likely before Carter but you never know. But I'd say he has the best chance of being next after Carter. He's a month older than W. and two months older than Clinton. (Pretty weird the three of them were all born in the summer of 1946). Anyway of those three he seems most likely to have health issues bc he doesn't take care of himself as well as the others.
