You could have in 2018. I did it with my family. Kids were 12 and 9 at the time. We followed the rules there. We were foreign guests in a bustling urban setting. Here I am pedaling through suburbs. This Livestrong asshole didn’t like me because I wasn’t in biker shorts or even pedaling. I had a backpack with zucchini and a flower bouquet poking out. Imma do it again most Sundays until mid-November.

Just finished drinking the prep stuff for a colonoscopy tomorrow. It’s not actually that bad, I chewed on a mint while I drank it and barely tasted it. Now I’ll settle in for an evening of shitting my brains out.

it's def a healthy dose of inadvertent stretching

fortunately my back requires little maintenance ... just don't get very much hair there

i do some spot work on the shoulders and side wings with the nose hair trimmer when the main show is over
