I've been listening to a lot of smart people talk about this. There is an alignment problem. We have no way of tethering it to our interests. We don't know how it works, fundamentally. It's a disaster waiting to happen. The only solution is to merge, which right now isn't possible, because there's a bandwidth problem.

You have to put this in terms that the Star Wars brains will understand. Is AI going to be Palpatine, or Baby Yoda? Hard to say.
