I’ve been depressed for as long a I can remember, going back to my middle schools days. Back then it wasn’t as bad as it had become over the past 5-10 years. Missing a lot of work, not getting out of bed. Avoiding family and friends. I hit a very low point recently and decided to seek out ketamine treatments. After years of being on different ssri’s and having no relief, I can happily say that after 1 ketamine treatment I felt completely normal. Like a switch was flipped. I’ve done 3 treatments and have felt great for the 4 weeks since I started. Horse tranqs ftw.
Glad to hear you found something that’s working for you, congrats

Agreed. Good for you. I recommend also deleting this place from your life. I think I'm going to try to do this in about a week.

I'm glad you found something that works. That's a long time without it. Do you have to continue to receive periodic treatments?
This also means you have to become a RM General Discussion regular.

i had a heart scare today
turned out to be too much coffee
but went and got the EKG and just to be sure
hoping all the best for you
glad that is all it is. i had 3 signs i can recall that i just brushed off.
my fitbit would say i burned 900 calories while i slept (usually for 5 hours) turned out the afib/aflutter was happening at night and i did not know.
I was walking around my neighborhood during covid and my heart beat went chaotic for about 30 seconds then returned to normal. I just brushed that off as anxiety
walking up a escaltor and was short of breath. i chalked it up to being cold out and i was coming down with a flu or something.
if it happens again dont hesitate to get it checked and youre not too young to go see a cardiologist

I know they are routine questions and all but the hospital just called for their pre-procedure check list
no water 3 hours before surgery which is different than 3 hours before i arrive. i arrive 2 hours before the procedure so basically no liquids 1 hour before i leave for the facility
do i have a living will or will? no
is it ok to use blood to help save my life? ummm yea

big cough started yesterday...I had to come to the couch 2 nights in a row at 2am so I didn't disturb my wife...I think its from 27 innings of baseball the last 2 nights and some yelling at the tv

Lower back is killing me. Had a great massage on Monday afternoon and felt like a million bucks after but starting the next morning I haven’t been able to find a comfortable position to sit without it hurting and now this afternoon it’s just constant pain. Not as bad as when it’s gone out and I can barely move, but I feel like I’m getting near that point.

figured out that i have an AC Joint sprain. looks to be just a type I, based on my googling
this was the left-side of body pain that i confused with a heart attack symptom when coupled with too much coffee a couple weeks ago
traced most likely to a too-hard workout sesh. too many extra sets of pushups. then sleeping on the side on that shoulder making it worse
i am now almost one week not sleeping on that side. feeling a little better
might take another 5 weeks before 100%
baby steps

it was all worth it if it pushed the jays over the top
