well done, pal. what is your beverage of choice these days? i've rediscovered la croix, it's refreshing carbonation really helped me get over the hump.

You should buy a Soda Stream. Carbonated water at your finger tips, and it pays for itself in no time.

I do have 1 jameson at night...I still go to my pub everyday but I sit there and drink iced tea or club soda

damn. i was just going to add how i'm down 30+ lbs from severely cutting back on the beer.

BUT...it is my favorite time of the year beer. going to have to work out a lot to keep this weight down.

Congrats on the weight loss. I figure that, to lose weight, I don't have to quit beer entirely, but just give up the butter-barrel aged beers.

Congrats on the weight loss. I figure that, to lose weight, I don't have to quit beer entirely, but just give up the butter-barrel aged beers.

thank you. there have been several weeks this past year where i wouldn't even have one. that never happened before. i was always drinking beer...beer with lunch, beer with dinner, beer when i was happy, beer when i was sad. beer, beer, beer. and hearty beers like you said. most of the time, i was drinking my days worth of calories in beer without even eating.

again, i love fall, especially the beer. think i'll get back into picking up variety six packs and trying all the new stuff i've probably missed out on. Joseph's will be getting a lot of business from me.
