So if the schoolyard bully has a stick, and he's beating up on everyone with the stick; do you take his stick away or do you give everyone else a stick too?

Personally, I think rural area individuals should be allowed guns, but if its a major population center you gotta check your gun at the city limits, old west style. The US needs to take some lessons from the UK, how did they do it, how do they have police keeping the peace with no firearms?

I have limited information to go off of, but my main ammunition supplier is low on NATO SS109 / M855. Handgun ammunition is still plentiful, as is .223. Did I select poorly when shopping for ammo, or are would be militiamen sticklers for buying NATO spec?

The Obama administration is synonymous with .22LR drought. I wonder how many folks back-order from the factory to resell the ammo at absurd prices at gun shows.
