This is all the context I need. Have you considered a career as a character in a Tom Clancy novel? Because this is some excellent intelligence reporting.

I'm still holding on hope they do something with good sound like live on KEXP, From the Basement, Arte Concert, Jack's Blue Room at TMR, etc.

At least to my ears, late night shows and SNL hardly ever get the sound right.

man, KEXP sessions always have great sound. I'd be shocked if they ever did one of those.

It occurs to me on this distinctly cloudy and rainy day that I've not listened to this album on a distinctly cloudy and rainy day. Time to run through it under some new conditions.

Took it on a long bike ride on a warm, sunny, summery day. I love it so much.

I listen to this while I’m crawling through the wreckage. Killer workout.

I've found the tempo and length of this album to be great to listen to while I'm throwing kettlebells around. Side 1 finishes about half way through the workout - gives me a wee breather while I flip sides and side 2 is long enough to finish and have a cool-down period

In one of the interviews around the album release Jeff said that the ambient intro to Scared of Fear was modeled on setting sun (slowed down or some such). does anyone recall where that was talked about?

So, I don't get out too much these days... I need you fine folk to help me out with something...

Socially acceptable to openly weep at songs on a new Pearl jam album in the middle of the afternoon.. or no?

Not sure what it is with this one, in particular. Some of the lyrics just seem to railroad me, out of nowhere, smack dab in the middle of the day!

Watching the YT videos from the Las Vegas night 1 show and it was insane. Absolutely every song a gem. Having been at Sacramento, I'm super jealous. This is a boot to own, folks!
