Abramson didn't mention this specifically, but he notes that the judge was well aware of the possibility of a pardon for Flynn, and that Flynn had been dialing back his cooperation recently. Abramson called this a brilliant move by the judge, because it compels Flynn to keep cooperating, and makes it harder for Trump to issue a pardon (politically speaking).

Reading through trumps tweets from the past 2 days. He’s having a meltdown.
Is this all he does? Tweet? Read a report about a usual day for him in the White House and he really doesn’t do much.
Is he just watchin tv and freaking out on twitter?

So it seems.
Claiming victory over ISIS then endless rants about the witch hunt in particular, his tone in those tweets shows a desperate man who knows the wolves are circling and he’s on borrowed time.
But still trying to shore up his support and make it look like he’s achieving things when in fact he’s doing absolutely nothing at all
