The run of Won’t Tell>Upper Hand>Stevie still blows my mind almost as much as it did the first time I heard it. Love this miracle of an album so much!

Still not tired of any of these. My pearl jam high continues, and I've started to transition to shuffle, but every time these songs come up they sound great, slot in perfectly, and I am excited to hear them

I'm mostly still in full-album mode (about every other day the past couple weeks) unless I find myself alone in the car for a short drive, which isn't often. I'm skipping Something Special about half the time.

For me the tracks Im most likely to skip is Won't Tell and Upper Hand, especially Upper Hand, even though I like it, I feel like at the point it comes, Im eager to get to the songs after it. I really love the opening three songs, and the final run from Waiting to Stevie up to Setting Sun is great . (Something Special is one of my favorites of the album <_< lol)

So the family has tickets for both Seattle dates coming up next week. We may hit Ohana down the coast if everything permits in September.

These will be concerts 16 and 17 for me. The daughters saw them twice on a 30 day road trip in 2022 in Louisville and Denver. Wife has seen them four times now.

According to my live stat tracker I have never seen Of the Girl and it’s a top 10 PJ song for me. Really hoping it makes it’s way into the opening 3-4 song “preset” if your were. The only tour since No Code I didn’t make it to was for Lightning Bolt and ironically I’m hoping to here Sirens lol.

I figure I’m going to hear most of the new album but I’m hoping Got to Give is played one of the nights as well as Upper Hand. Judging by the set lists thus far it’s safe to say I’m going to see Scared of Fear, React Respond, Wreckage, Dark Matter, Waiting for Stevie, Running and Setting Sun.

As an aside I’ve only caught Breath and Immortality once along the way. Those are both up there on my wish list.

Gonna be a good week upcoming.

Enjoy the time with your family. I'm hoping for a Hand trilogy Who you Are, Tremor Christ, Lightning Bolt and Mym because my son loves those songs it is his first show. I'm really looking forward 2 Setting Sun as a closer. Hope it stays in that spot

I’ve heard the songs on the boots but I haven’t listened to the album itself since around the week it came out and may not again.

It’s just too hard on the ears (in terms of loudness, compression, etc) when there’s plenty of other things I’d rather listen to.

React Respond
Wreckage
Dark Matter
Won't Tell
Upperhand
WFS
Running
Something Special
Got to Give
Setting Sun

Around the Bend
Deep
Evolution
Sad
Tremor Christ
Alive
Purple Rain
Indifference

I think they sound great, looking forward to hearing them in person later in the year.

besides being a great run of songs, they also manage to elevate the impact of Running

Outside of Ten, is there a three anthem run like that elsewhere?

Is Faithful - No Way - Given to Fly the closest?

I think so, yes.

I was sharing this album with my dad last night and he asks me at a certain point, “how do you know all the lyrics if it’s such a new album?” I had been singing along to them all. I told him that, aside from listening to it like 45 times or whatever it’s been, this album just hits different. My dad is turning 72 tomorrow. He’s who I got my love of Pink Floyd and The Who from, and he really dug the album on first listen.

Last Exit to Whippin' is a prett-ay, prett-ay, prett-ay good stretch of six.
First four on No Code are dang solid, as well.

Ahhhhh....gotcha...What qualifies as an anthem?

I really like No Way, but, anthem?
Never heard a packed arena, in full voice, belting that one out.
