It's my girlfriend's birthday and we had people over for dinner last night and then a bigger group for a proper party tonight. I am all hosted out

Hosting stresses me out a bit, especially when I'm trying to make the night perfect for her (and twice in a row)

A crow flew into one of our sliding doors a couple hours ago and is still in the yard, presumably unable to fly. Another crow, its mate I assume, has remained nearby as protector constantly squawking at me and the dogs. Over this, but I don’t want to transport the ailing crow if I don’t have to either.

Let the dogs out. They’ll take care of it.

They’ve been cowering behind patio furniture. The crows are nearly their size.

The injured crow finally made his way to the perimeter fence, so I nudged him with a broom and he half flew to the neighbor’s yard. :hooray:

She lived like a murder how she'd fly so sweetly
She lived like a murder, but she died
Just like suicide

Sounds like the bitch who lives next door to me and always kicks trash into my driveway instead of cleaning it up
