Oh shit I better go start my dL of that
An 8.5 seems about right.scrub12 wrote:Finished Control yesterday. Would give it a solid 8.5/10. Maze level is incredible though. Loved it but also probably my least favorite Remedy game overall.
Yeah it took me several missions before I got hooked, now I think I may 100% this game. Can't get enough.tree_ wrote:Ghost of Tsushima took a few hours to really warm up to me, but it's pretty fucking hot right now.
I love the "legend growing" mechanic. Spiderman could've used something like this. And yeah, fighting is so fun. I'm actually really into the story and all the side mission stuff. Everything has real weight to it.Revelator wrote:Yeah it took me several missions before I got hooked, now I think I may 100% this game. Finished this last night. Due to the structure of the game, I played the true ending, but then had a very anticlimactic story section after it. Kind of odd.Monkey_Driven wrote:Valhalla is truly the game that never ends. I'm 45+ hours in and pretty much only playing main quests.
Epilogue sections are rarely enjoyable.Monkey_Driven wrote:Finished this last night. Big exception: RDR2, which had some truly beautiful moments in the epilogue.CopperTom wrote:Epilogue sections are rarely enjoyable.Monkey_Driven wrote:Finished this last night. It has good writing but everything else is a little clunky. Still, really good writing is most of what you need to enjoy a game like that.JuanHamm wrote:I started Greedfall a few nights ago because it was free and I'd heard good things about it. It didn't immediately grab me, but I'm going to give it a little more time. I'm considering replaying RDR2 instead.
This isn't even the epilogue! Agree about RDR2 though.Orpheus wrote:Big exception: RDR2, which had some truly beautiful moments in the epilogue.CopperTom wrote:Epilogue sections are rarely enjoyable.Monkey_Driven wrote:Finished this last night.
