I watched The Nun and The Nun II over the weekend so fully caught up with the Conjuring Universe. I don't recall them being brought up here and there was nothing particularly great to note though Romania is always a great looking place to shoot a film. These were the first two films I've watched in a few months and seemed just incredibly scattershot.

its also cheap or was cheap at least before covid.

I saw the first one and i was mostly bored. Havent seen the sequel.

The sequel was an improvement actually, the story had more cohesion but still went a bit ballistic.

i do like The Conjuring movies, the first two at least. Besides that, i dont care much. But the last two Anabelle movies are also pretty fun.

sick with covid, watching Night Court reruns on IFC, and seeing lots of commercials for Halloween, The Shining, Nightmare On Elm St., Carry, etc...'tis the season...

both are watchable

blink was better, but i wasnt a big fan of the last part
cuckoo is a bit crazy nonsense

nothing touches Oddity and Longlegs for me so far this year

i wanna see Cuckoo, although im a bit disappointed with it being very similar to his first movie, in terms of how nonsense is.

The First Omen was really fucking good yeah. Nell Tigers Free“s performance is one of my fav from this year.

im going tomorrow to see it!! very happy with Demi Moore coming back.

Just did a rewatch of Critters, maybe a top 5 when i was a kid. I loved it. So much fun.
