I'm not sure how to see on the watch where it tracks total cals.

Yeah, I was referring to Move.
It’s on my app on Summary.

My resting used to be fairly consistently around 60. The last month or so it’s averaged 66ish. No clue why.
Culver’s
I’ve only had it 12 times though

If I recall you had been in the 180s and then down to the high 170s and now living the good life in the low 170s, high 160s (that was kinda hard to type).

I also have a head cold, interesting.
thanks friend. it is nice once you feel like your body has settled. and i generally don't crave crap anymore. and my stomach legit feels uncomfortable if i over-eat, to the point where the couple times i've done it, i'm now like 'i dont want to feel like that again' ...

gotta stay vigilant though

i do generally just feel a lot better though. that's the important part. just feeling healthier.

prob need to try some new exercises soon to mix things up

your advice on skipping breakfast was a big one. i just have coffee and water now until about noon. and i am usually not cranky about it either. i just rip through on the coffee ride. that de facto intermittent fast daily helps i think. then when lunch comes it feels great. but i still try to stick to high fiber/protein, low carb

Nice, yeah, once in awhile if I have a good weigh in in the AM, I will spring for those mini bagels at Dunks. Soooo goood.

Today, I was 156.8 so apparently I gained 0.8 overnight despite going to the gym last night, this morning and eating well the last few days. Still, my bet is that the work will pay off later this week when I weigh in again.

down a couple to 154.1 this morning before poop. First time getting to this weight in a few weeks, so it feels good.

damn, all the fat is in my face at this point; my waist, neck, arms are feeling skinny as ever.

back to the gym tonight
