I think she also had a music video shoot cancelled because she wouldn't get vaccinated.

If there was a vaccine for chickenpox in 74, why the hell did I have to stay in a room with my brother and sister after they got it to make sure I got it too?Stickman wrote:Good info to have.

From scanning the internet it seems like it was being developed in the 70s, and Japan was the first to use it in the 80s(?). A chickenpox vaccine was first licensed to use in the US in 1995. And maybe other countries approved it later than that.
