I can't find any evidence of a chickenpox vaccine prior to 1995.
That list doesn't even include Haemophilis Influenzae type B or Pneumococcal vaccine which have almost eliminated childhood ear infections.

My brother in law is always posting the .8% number. Even if you ignore that percentage goes up based on age group .8% of the US population never mind the world isn't exactly an insignificant number.
