It really is looking like an ERA under 4.00 is very good for a pitcher in this league, and an ERA under 3.00 is outstanding.

It really says something about the run environment in our league that Dave Stieb just solidified his spot in the Jays' rotation by dropping his ERA to 7.90.

7.90 would put him in contention for my disastrous fourth spot.

Can I drop someone off my roster for a game in order to make Guzman eligible as a starter?

New Reds lineup against LHP.

1. Rose LF
2. Morgan 2B
3. Foster RF
4. Votto 1B
5. Bench C
6. Davis CF
7. Groh 3B
8. Concepcion SS

The only major positive for the Reds is that Rose stopped making errors when I got him off 3B.

My rotation has actually been really good, but I can not get this lineup to score any runs.

Did anyone ever figure out a way to get it to change which starters were eligible?

Good job in game 1, Tekulve. Up 5-3 in the 8th. Expos manager already ejected from the game. You don't record an out, and give up a 3 run blast to Hubie fricken Brooks of all people to blow the win.

Super veteran, my ass. Time for some bifocal work, guy.

It feels like Tekulve has either a save or a loss in every single game of yours. I know that's far from the truth, but it feels like that.

I'd love to know what criteria WhatIf uses for relief pitchers. Why wouldn't it put Gossage in? It never does. Face is my other reliever and I think he's only gotten in one game. I'm sure it would distribute the relievers more if we were in a league.
