I'd pick Cam, but I think you can make a defensible argument for any of Newton, Palmer, Wilson, or Brady.

Palmer is having a great season, but the Cards have way more weapons than any of those other teams. Put Brady or Wilson with that receiving corps. and they'd be lights out.
