They're going to have to bump that up quite a bit to match the upcoming $15/hr minimum wage.

This is huge fucking deal. If some of this can be traced back to the bigwigs in the "City of London" (aka the world's biggest money laundering business), global finance could be transformed. Especially interesting here since multiple large law firms in the US and EU have been hacked in the last year. There could be some Mr. Robot level shit going down.

What am I saying.

As if Ed would let a soap box moment of that size go past. They'll play and he'll berate the states lawmakers from the stage.

This could be that Bushleaguer thing all over again

I guess. Activism is more about ostracizing and shaming now than about an engaging in an effort to change hearts and minds. I'm scheduled to go, so I'll be bothered if they cancel, but I understand that if they feel it's the right thing to do. Though it's pretty damn ironic that Bruce once played a concert in East Germany to use music to help people tear down barriers between them...

Wouldn't a state sponsored hack be a more likely hypothesis? Are the Feds above using the NSA to dig up dirt to promote desired policies proposals? Replace 'Feds' and 'NSA' with any state and its associated intelligence apparatus capable of doing this sort of thing and it probably still holds.

Great news.
Now only is Andrew Jackson the Worst. President. Ever., but if he were alive today he'd be the #1 opponent to having his face on a bill from a central bank.

Oh boy. I fell into a Facebook-comment hole regarding this, and, just...I dunno, just read:
Yes, she did great things for the equal rights for African Americans, but what has she done for the whole country? I agree with someone else's comment that we should keep it as American Presidents only!

Change is good although, I think she should of had a coin or a different new bill though. Maybe should of not rushed into it so fast. Just doesnt seem like possitive action to replace someone else. All the other bills are Presidents.

WHY?? Keep our presidents on our paper money!! Never even heard of her before.

Simply, only Presidents should be on currency.

Was she a president? No? Then she has no place on currency

I am in agreement with the other comments. Presidents only! The way it's always been.

Sometimes things are better left alone. Now I can't say pockets of them dead presidents anymore

So we won't be able to call money " dead president's " anymore.Gutta change that too

Should always be a President. Like everything know with Obama it s all about race .

I don't think OUR money should be changed at all! Especially not this person.

It would definately be one of the ugliest pieces of currency in the world.... Even Michelle Obama is better looking..

Really I truly think Jackson looked more like a woman than that

If you want to put a woman on a bill....how about the statue of liberty
