Woke up to a squirrel war going on outside. Territorial little bastards.

i have captured and relocated at least 15 squirrels but perhaps 25 in my life

So i been staying at my moms house since last thursday because she went on a little trip to the beach. Ill be here till monday, and its a great way to spend time with my dog Tango and a new little addition to the family, Pepa, who is having her first two months here at the house.

Folks let me tell you, she is quite the character.

A few days ago I went to a coffee place I haven't been to in a few months, and the lady manager there came up to me and said "Mr. Smith we haven't seen you!" and she kinda threw her arms wide, which I, being a Southern gentleman from a hugging culture, took as a signal to hug, so I gave her a hug and said I was still around and would have to come by more. Replaying it in my head, I don't think this person - that I barely knew - wanted a hug, but it was a nice moment nonetheless.
