....good? Now that we have vaccines it's probably less urgent, but pre-vaccines this was a critical part of pandemic mitigation that the West was out to lunch on. It also would have helped to get people to better understand which activities were riskier than others.4/5 wrote:Oh, Canada.

Honestly it just sounds like Facebook and Twitter stopped selling Canada their user data and now Canada needs to try something else.verb_to_trust wrote:So we're back to contact tracing huh?

Do you believe the feds will allow boosters for J&J but not Pfizer?

Maybe. J&Js initial shot isn't as effective as the Pfizer primary series.Bi_3 wrote:OK.B wrote:That has nothing to do with J&J.Bi_3 wrote:Two dose version of Johnson & Johnson shot 94% effective against Covid-19, study finds

Are they really expecting us to buy the whole 94% effective thing again?

Vail Resorts is requiring proof of vaccination for guests to dine indoors on mountain restaurants but you do not need a proof of vaccination to just use the same bathrooms.
That makes sense
and they are not requiring masks/proof of anything and will be loading the Gondolas/chairlifts as they were pre pandemic.

Re: Anybody want a Corona?
I mentioned I had a high school friend due from covid in the past couple weeks.
His brother, a pastor, posted that he believes the blood of Christ will protect him and that if it’s his time to go it’s his time, whether he’s vaccinated or not. I’ve heard that rationale from other evangelicals before and for the life of me I cannot understand that way of thinking. Reminds me of the old line about two rowboats and a helicopter.

I actually think it's refreshing when someone still has faith in Christianity and is not covidian.Biff Pocoroba wrote:I mentioned I had a high school friend due from covid in the past couple weeks.
