I have a friend who pretty much quit drinking. We were in NYC a few weeks back and he had just received good news about his mom's cancer, so he decided to get a scotch to celebrate. It was literally the only drink he was having all night, and when we were at the bar he ordered a blend. I had to stop the bartender from pouring his drink and make him choose again.

given how much bite the song develops the start feels more and more sterile. But if it started just as aggressive maybe it wouldnt have the sense of rising intensity that makes the back half so good.
Kudos to KidC for catching that on one listen
