WTF man you are the problem with this country
Yes. Be proud you helped an “extremely incompetent” coworker keep her job. That’s what the workforce certainly needs.

The chat you deleted forever in a fit of rage?
Maybe don't continually threaten to punch me in the head a couple years after I got continually punched in the head. Stop bringing it up! You're the bad guy in this story!
Bitch, I'm not an Argo head punch historian. How was I to know? You overreacted bigly!

I was merely offering to improve him further.

I just hope Argo doesn't delete the whole union at the first sign of adversity.

Historically, unions are willing to punch a few heads themselves. But I am no head puncher

You’ve been working for … 15? 20? … however many years and NEVER had a colleague that got fired?
I can't think of any at the moment, no
You should come work for me or wease and you’ll see how it’s done
That employee I wrote up last week turned in her 2-week notice yesterday.
Do you let them fulfill the 2 weeks or just cut the cord now?

I hope they don't hire anyone on my shift. I was the third person doing my job on my shift, but two of us are keeping up just fine
