All kidding aside, it's good to be running again. This thread's proximity to the top of the forum has been a good impetus for me, weirdly enough. That and getting my body ready for my wedding this winter.

I was at Bryce last April. Utah is the shit.
It is! The drive between Bryce and Arches on I-70 is probably the most beautiful stretch of road I've ever been on, Pacific Coast Highway included.

110 in Arches today. Still made it up to the Delicate Arch. No idea how T2B runs in this weather, though the mornings are perfect.

Anyone interested in starting an RM group on Strava? I'd be happy to set it all up.

You wouldn't have to take a Garmin or your cell on runs with you. You can just manually enter your runs if you want.

Alright, bros. The club is called Red Mosquito. Download Strava and join at will. I’ll keep it public for now, but can change it if/when you guys want.

Cheers, friends!

Strava is a running and biking app that tracks activity via Garmin or GPS-enabled cell phone. It’s also a very social app and a great way to track each other’s activities. If you don’t have a Garmin and don’t want to take you cell, you can enter your runs manually.

Perfect, thanks. Looks like I can log old runs from RunKeeper in this thing too. I might just migrate totally.

I'm in. My Garmin is old so I will have to enter manually. Man, some of my runs are going to be embarrassing.

Got back in the game after 4 days off and night shifts and too much cigarettes. Ran my 5.4 in 47 min. Bit slower than usual but it was brutally hot and i can live with it.

Here's the real issue. I have felt some tightness on the outside of my right knee. Today at the end of my run it locked up. I fell in the grass. How do I stretch it and what is happening to me?

Heads up, Amazon Prime members. Lots of good deals on running shoes and gear for Prime Day. I'm overdue for a new pair of shoes.
