Just as an aside, the DUP are now desperately scrambling to reconvene Stormonts assembly to stop the abortion and marriage equality legislation acts coming through from Westminster. To take effect on the 21st.

They haven’t once tried to reconvene in the past three years of Brexit madness, to work together for the benefit of NI.

They want to reconvene now, to stop women’s rights and LGBTQ rights.

That’s who they are.

Bercow has just said he’ll write the letter for extension if Boris doesn’t. Legally he’s allowed to. But this is unprecedented
