Haha, 158.1, I worked out everyday of the long weekend, but I wasn't too disciplined with food and drink, so I guess the 2-3 pound gain could have been worse. Most likely water retention.

Back it at this week. Salad for lunch.

A slight drop to 157.7.

BMI at 23.98....need to keep that below 24. I know under 25 is normal, but I like having a little leeway or margin for error.

Boom, water pills for lunch today. Taking lots of stairs. And, a workout tonight.

Please God help me.

Had a salad for lunch with some deli turkey on top.

Man, I feel full after only eating that. Maybe bloat. Could be bloat.

Headed to the gym tonight.

My appetite is starting to come back - I've been eating doughnuts at night. Still don't have the energy to do a workout though. We'll see how this all pans out

Nice everyone, ate like a champ last night and clocked in at 159, so I am back to the gym tonight. I feel fine, though, my pants feel better than they did yesterday. I wonder if I am putting on some muscle from the workouts.
