I'd rather play with Harris than Jimmy.

LOL Magic, why would they respond? What's really in that offer for New Orleans they couldn't get this summer?

A lot can change between now and the summer, but yeah, the Lakers need to make a deal now if they want him. Lebron isn't getting any younger.

LeBron saying he doesn't play fantasy basketball and not worried about the Davis trade. LIAR

He's probably sitting with Magic right now on the trade machine.

Again why I find it so stunning that he would punt on a season at the tail end of his prime.
I don't think its inconceivable that the Pelicans could actually find themselves in a weaker position than anticipated in the summer. They're almost certainly not getting the #1 or 2 pick this year back and the Celtics reportedly have not dangled Tatum. If they lose Kyrie are they really going to trade Tatum for a 1 year rental for a guy who claims to not want to go there? And if they don't offer Tatum is their offer really going to be that enticing? That Kings pick doesn't look nearly as good these days.

I don't get how the Lakers could trade basically their whole team for Davis and Solomon Hill. Would the Pelicans then just cut six guys? And is basically switching teams with the Lakers that great of a plan anyway? The Lakers have a whopping 4 more wins than the Pelicans.

The Lakers are about to panic trade Ball and others seeing as they've managed to destroy the team in the last five days.

NOLA would probably trade some of the bottom of their roster to Lakers in the trade as well.
But these trades have never made much logistical sense.

Getting smacked that bad by a Pacers team missing their best player tells you all you need to know about the future of the Lakers as currently constructed.
I saw LeBron blamed jet lag last night post game. Lol

The Lakers would basically be AD, Lebron, and a bunch of 8th men.

I'm being generous with 8th men.

Garpax made a good trade. Really happy they seem to realize no free agents want to play in Chicago so it's okay to eat Porter's contract.

I always find this odd, too.
And then what, the Lakers go sign a bunch of dudes from the D league to fill out the roster?
